In celebration of Earth Day, the Friends of Herrontown Woods invites you to join us for a day of exploring and learning in nature. Walk, bike, or run over to the Woods!
(Check back regularly for an updated schedule and added activities, tables and events!!)
9:30 AM - 3 PM | May’s Popup Café There will be coffee, spicebush tea, sandwiches, baked treats, and other fare for purchase through the day in the Barden and at the Veblen House.
9:30 AM - 3 PM | Enjoy scheduled walks and activities. Walks meet and start in the Botanical Art Garden better known as the BArden. See below for activity locations. Dress appropriately for the activity and the weather. Don’t forget sunscreen, bugspray, a water bottle and a hat if sun sensitive.
10 AM - 3 PM | Visit local experts at hands-on display tables in the Botanical Art Garden (Barden) and near the Veblen House:

Parking: Bike racks will be available next to the Barden. There is very limited onsite parking at the main parking lot, next to the Barden and near Veblen House so please park conscientiously, we need to ensure safety and emergency access.
