A Summer Solstice Forest Bathing Retreat

During the Summer Solstice, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, marking the longest day of the year. Many cultures recognize the 24 hour period prior to & after the Solstice as a period of heightened spiritual energy and potential for personal transformation. On this day, Rich Collins of the Friendly Territory will lead a slow, meditative journey into nature, designed to awaken the senses and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Instead, it is an ongoing relationship of reciprocity, where the natural world and the practitioner meet in ways that nurture wholeness and well-being for both.
