Naturalist and FOHW founder Steve Hiltner will lead a fall colors walk after May's Cafe at 11am, Sunday, Nov. 1st. Beginning at the Barden, the walk will follow a route that shows off the tremendous diversity of trees, shrubs, and vines at Herrontown Woods.
Hike Rating: Light Will involve on-trail walking over uneven ground. Wear sturdy, water proof, shoes.
Meet: 600 Snowden Lane, Herrontown Woods, Botanical Art Garden (“Barden”)
Time: 11:00 AM. Light Rain or Shine. If there is heavy rain, the event will be scheduled at a later date TBD.
Cost: We kindly suggest a $10 donation to support the stewardship of Herrontown Woods. All donations and all walkers are welcome.
