The Year of the FireHorse occurs once every 60 years, this rare Chinese zodiac year is characterized by intense, rapid, and transformative energy, symbolizing boldness, and passion. Artist in Residence, Hope VanCleaf will help you make your own FireHorse Mask so you can transform! Come and celebrate at Herrontown Woods and embrace the intense energy of the Year of the FireHorse! Parking will be very limited (15 cars) in the main parking lot by the Barden Kiosk (600 Snowden Lane).

Play games, explore and and join in the Year of the FireHorse fun! Celebrants are encouraged to bring your horse photos and any horse related poetry to share and display!
Please note, due to weather related conditions parking near the Barden will be extremely limited. Dress warmly, and wear water proof boots or shoes! We’ll see you in the ‘Woods!
