Forest Bathing Retreat

  • Friends of Herrontown Woods 600 Snowden Lane Princeton, NJ, 08540 United States (map)

CO-SPONSORED WITH: The Center for Contemplative Leadership and The Friendly Territory

🌿 You’re Invited to a Nature & Forest Therapy Walk 🌿

This is not a naturalist walk—it’s something deeper.

Join Rich Collins of the Friendly Territory for a slow, meditative journey into nature, designed to awaken the senses and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

✨ Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore the physiological, mental, emotional, and psycho-spiritual benefits that come from truly connecting with the natural world. More than relaxation, this practice can also help support and strengthen the immune system.

🕊️ No special skills or fitness are required—just an openness to experience. The walk lasts about 2.5 hours and is accessible to all. Please wear layers, and bring insect repellant.

Come as you are. Leave renewed. 🌿

Parking: There is a parking lot on Snowden Lane, the Herrontown Woods parking lot, near the Barden.

Special thanks to our co-sponsors!

They offer training and resources that help cultivate vision, resilience, and joy in daily leadership. In addition, they believe deeply in connecting spiritual roots with the broader work of justice in the world. As a result, CCL nurtures communities built on trust, active listening, and openness to the movement of the Spirit.
