Bring your family and join us for an evening picnic on the Veblen House grounds to celebrate summer, the Veblens and the unveiling of Hope’s Herrontown Community Collage! For the past three years, Hope VanCleaf, our Artist-in-Residence and Board Member, has been holding tile workshops where folks have shared their artistic vision of Herrontown Woods by creating magnificent tiles that have now been put together in a collage for display on the Veblen House. Conceived as a way to support women, art, and the Veblen House and Cottage Restoration project we are proud display this beautiful community vision. We'll provide refreshment, live jazz music, ping pong, badminton and other lawn games!
